Leather is amongst the most durable materials if take care of properly. Our products are handsewn and produced with high standard, so let's learn how to keep them lasting and shine like new:
- Treat with care, limit exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep dry and avoid damp or wet surfaces.
- Wipe with a damp cloth.
- Buff with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use any chemical cleaners to care for this product.
- Leather naturally stretches over wear so unforeseeable irregularities on color and wearing comfort can occur, which makes the material unique.
- Clean only when advised by a professional.
WARRANTY GUIDE
We want to make sure your experience matters, we do provide hassle-free care and maintenance after every of your purchases.
Overview
Most of our products come with a lifetime warranty policy (details please check at the specific product page), which means we provide fixes, tailoring and maintenance in our workshop in Vietnam, all for FREE in the warranty window.
Out of warranty period, you can still contact us at hi@leatherciti.com for maintenance for a certain fee.
To start a warranty request, simply contact us and attach the receipt or proof of purchase from us. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting for warranty will not be accepted.
Shipping cost
Please note that while we do maintenance for FREE in the warranty window, buyer is responsible for shipping cost and any related fees due to cross-border transportation.

Your order will be shipped in a plain discreet padded envelope or box with additional padding and protection. We use paper-based and recycled postal packages whenever possible.
